Ambleside Park and Beach is the most popular recreational area in West Vancouver. The park and beach provide access to activities and facilities for all ages. Picnic areas, playgrounds, pitch and putt golf course, jogging trails and tracks, playing fields, sailing facilities, Skate Park and a long stretch of beach.

West Vancouver’s First Super Sale “Red” Friday
West Vancouver, BC – For the first time, the West Vancouver business community will be offering a Super Sale in stores across the district. Super Sale “Red” Friday will be an opportunity for all local businesses to offer discounts to customers
prior to the annual “Black Friday” in the US.
An initiative of the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and West Vancouver Business Associations, Super Sale “Red” Friday will take place Friday, November 18, 2011. All West Vancouver businesses are invited to participate and can offer any discount to be part of the event. A Super Sale “Red” Friday banner in the store front will highlight participating retailers. This all-day event will serve as an important revenue generator for local business and provide a unique opportunity for the public to shop locally at discount rates across the district.
